Parking

Free parking is available in the lot in front of our building at 342 W 1300 S. Parking is shared with Nightmare on 13th during their operating season (Sep-Nov), so arrive an extra few minutes early on busy nights to find parking.

When to Arrive

Arrive 20 minutes before your booking time. This gives you time to check in, sign waivers, and get your pre-game briefing. Late arrivals may reduce your in-room time.

What to Wear

Comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes. Some rooms involve light physical activity (crouching, bending, reaching). High heels and flip flops are not recommended. You'll want your hands free.

No experience required. Our Game Masters brief every group before the game. Arcadia is a favorite for first-timers. All rooms can be enjoyed without prior experience.
Yes. Every booking is 100% private — just your group, no strangers. This is true for all rooms, all time slots, at no extra charge. We don't know if this will change or not in the future, so take advantage of it while you can.
Walk the Plank and Species Unknown fit 2–8 players. Arcadia and Curse of Anubis fit 4–10 players. For larger groups, we can book multiple rooms simultaneously.
Arcadia is completely magical and family-friendly in every way. Walk the Plank is adventurous and has a skeleton prop. Our two scarier escape rooms (Curse of Anubis and Species Unknown), have only a moment or two of jump scares and some dead props. Except for those brief moments and props, these rooms are just like our others. Our rooms do not contain anything crude or vulgar and do not have actors.
Contact us at least 24 hours before your booking and we'll do our best to find a new time. Rescheduling is subject to availability. For urgent changes, call us directly at 385-200-1360.
Nope. Our rooms are fully immersive, but we don't use actors. A themed room host character via a remote hint system provide hints if needed.
You still have an amazing experience. Your Game Master can walk you through some of what you missed and what the solution was. Some groups come back to spend another hour in the room again to finish solving it.
Yes. Your Game Master monitors your progress throughout and can provide hints if you get stuck. Often, they'll proactively assiste you, however it can be hard to tell if a group needs help. Ask your in room themed host character and wave at a camera to be sure they know you want help — they'll try to help you in a fun way without giving away the answer entirely.
